Scrubber System

A scrubber system removes particulates and/or gases from industrial exhaust streams. One of the primary devices for controlling gaseous emissions, particularly acid gases, is the scrubber. It can also be used to recover heat from hot gases by condensation of flue gas. Additionally, it is used to maintain high flows in several processes. It can remove or neutralize pollutants in combustion exhaust gases so they are not harmful to the environment. By using a wet scrubber system, dust particles and various pollutants can be removed from air, fuel gas, or other gases. The wet scrubbing process involves contacting the scrubbing solution with the target compound or particulate matter.
